Im Inneren des geräumigen Hauses befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein großer Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche und einer Aussichtsterrasse sowie ein lauschiger Patio auf der Rückseite und eine weitere vom Schlafzimmer aus begehbare Terrasse. Vom Wohnzimmer aus bieten die großen Fensterflächen einen unvergleichlichen Blick auf den See, zwei elektrische Markisen sorgen für ausreichend Schatten. Das gesamte Haus ist alarmgesichert und mit Videokameras am Eingang ausgestattet. Der wunderschön gestaltete mediterran bepflanzte Garten wurde von einem Landschaftsarchitekten angelegt. This very modern and totally renewed Italian Villa is available as a weekly rental and can sleep up to 6 adults & 2 children. It has a heated pool, cabana with a full bathroom, stunning views of the lake, 4 bedrooms, counting the cabana bath has a total of 3 full bathrooms, one is a master bath, spacious living room/kitchen/inside dining area, private patios, one outside the master bedroom and a very large one in the back of the house. The villa also has huge windows that face the lake, 2 electric awnings (both controlled from inside the villa), alarm system, 3 way windows and doors, shuttered windows and doors on most of the bedrooms, immersed in a professionally designed & maintained garden. It has video cameras outside the main gate so you can see who is at the door and they can be buzzed in from the video screen in the house. The villa is about 1 mile from the town of Malcesine, Italy with its medieval castle and is situated roughly halfway between Milan and Venice.
