The villa also has huge windows that face the lake, 2 electric awnings (both controlled from inside the villa), alarm system, 3 way windows and doors, shuttered windows and doors on most of the bedrooms, immersed in a professionally designed & maintained garden. It has video cameras outside the main gate so you can see who is at the door and they can be buzzed in from the video screen in the house. The villa is about 1 mile from the town of Malcesine, Italy with its medieval castle and is situated roughly halfway between Milan and Venice.
